By accessing our site or using our services, you unreservedly accept all of these conditions. If you do not accept these GTU, please do not use our services.

GoodForCamera offers personal and professional image consulting services, as well as services related to photography (workshops, technical advice, resources).

2.1 Nature of Services

Our services are provided as advice and support. They do not in any way constitute a guarantee of specific results (e.g., obtaining a job, commercial success) which depend on many external factors.

3.1 Commitments of GoodForCamera

We are committed to providing the described services professionally and in accordance with industry best practices. Information communicated as part of the advice is provided in good faith.

3.2 Commitments of the User

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or service request.
• Use the services lawfully and in accordance with their purpose.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content (texts, images, methods) without written authorization.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of GoodForCamera and third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodForCamera's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven fault on our part.

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Decisions made by the user following our advice.
• Loss of opportunities, data, or profits.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Technical problems beyond our control (network failure, force majeure).
• Content published by users on our platforms or shared during workshops.

Image and photography advice is subjective by nature. Results vary from individual to individual.

5.1 Payment Terms

Service prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is due according to the terms specified at the time of order (deposit, balance).

5.2 Refund Policy

For one-off services (workshops, consultations), a refund is possible up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to a deduction of administrative fees of 10%. No refund is granted after this period, except in the event of cancellation on our part.

For subscriptions or packages, termination is possible with one month's notice. No retroactive refund is made for the period already consumed.

5.3 Access Termination

GoodForCamera reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a violation of these GTU, without notice and without refund.

We reserve the right to modify these GTU at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site. Users will be informed of substantial changes.
